Zcash has transparent t-addresses and shielded z-addresses. Unified addresses can combine receiver types. Follow the order’s accepted formats; shielded wallet support alone does not establish deposit compatibility.
Know what remains public
Zcash uses zk-SNARKs to verify shielded transactions without exposing their private details. Transparent addresses reveal activity publicly. Swapping into BTC, USDT or ETH does not carry Zcash’s shielded privacy onto the receiving network.

ZEC swap taking too long? How to track it
Address rejected
Check the full address and accepted Zcash format. For USDT or ETH payouts, verify the destination network before creating the order again.
ZEC swap still pending
Find your transaction ID in the sending wallet and check its confirmations. If the deposit is confirmed but the order has stalled, contact the service with the order ID and transaction ID.
Quote expired or deposit too small
Refresh the quote before sending. Check the minimum after any wallet withdrawal fee. If you already sent, use the existing order’s support route before sending more.
